November 16 2015My heart is still very heavy as a result of the events of last week. I was fortunate enough to call Paris home for a while. Some of that while was during the attacks in January. I attended the rally for peace with my camera in tow. This woman’s sign was what stood out most to me. She saw my camera and held it up. I felt a duty to share her message. One of the most striking things to me was that this message was not written in French, but in English.
Please, as conversations about Friday continue to evolve remember that equating a small percentage of a group of people to the whole doesn’t actually make sense. (at Place de la Republique)
